HOW DO I....
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

Repeat prescriptions can be obtained, without seeing your doctor, by completing the slips provided at reception or by faxing us on 020 7622 4466. We require two working days' notice to process your prescription. Should you wish your prescription to be posted back to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your request.

Prescription requests will NOT be taken over the phone, except for housebound patients.
