Clapham Family Practice

The practice welcomes new patients who reside within the catchment area. You will be asked to make an appointment with one of the practice nurses who will obtain details of your past health and carry out a routine check-up. This involves completing a health questionnaire, recording height, weight, blood pressure and a urine test.
